King of The Mall Ghetto Swing Extreme
music by Joey "G-Clef" Cavaseno, lyrics by G-Clef and Nikki Wantz
King of the Mall, the girls are jocking, Ready to ball, and Yalloppin's rockin' Hang out all day sunrise to sunset, and then jet. King of the Mall, my pager's blowin' Mom dukes is mad cuz to school I ain't goin' That chick looks bad, I'll bet the booty's... Righteous! And his gear bangin' from his head down to his feet... And his chains were hangin', with the gold teeth looking sweet.. "Bling Bling!!!" King of the Mall hey where ya going? Just ask the thugbrats cuz they all be knowing... He's pushing a Lex, you know he'll be here tomorrrrrrr-ow!
Another hard swinging medium tempo swing-jazz jam featuring brilliantly driving solos.
Originally composed in Junior High School by G-Clef, this was at first titled "King of them All", and was a tribute to the great Duke Ellington. Now, the song serves to depict a "king of the mall": basically, the one kid with the gold tooth, the Lexus, two pagers, a cell phone, and a knot of cash in his pocket....yet his fame is limited somehow....
*Note: The original version on Ghetto Swing Extreme has no vocals. The vocal version is part of a remix that will be included on The Hounds' remix project, featuring Peter Hartmann singing it.
